As Co-Founder of Sango Media Marketing, Nina Megna blends creative intuition with strategic precision. Raised in New York and educated in Manhattan at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she studied law and journalism, she developed a sharp understanding of communication, storytelling, and brand positioning. With a background in music and business management within the hospitality industry, she brings both creative sensitivity and operational insight to every project. With over five years in marketing, Nina is known for fully immersing herself in her clients’ worlds — deeply understanding their vision and transforming it into impactful, aligned, and results-driven execution. She treats every client’s vision as her own, committing to it with the same care, intensity, and ambition that built Sango.

As Co-Founder of Sango Media Marketing, Ricky Giraldo pairs operational discipline with entrepreneurial vision. Raised in Upstate New York and educated in Manhattan at Baruch College, where he studied digital communications, he developed a strong foundation in both media and business strategy. His experience managing multiple hospitality venues in Manhattan shaped his ability to lead teams, optimize systems, and understand what truly drives profitability. Constantly studying emerging trends and evolving platforms, Ricky looks beyond surface-level marketing to identify new ways to expand reach and increase revenue.
